Privacy notice
Updated October 30, 2026
This notice describes how we handle data from the spx.mx site and the project requests you send us by WhatsApp or email.
1. Data controller and contact
Cuchillo Amarillo, S.A. de C.V. (SPX), RFC CAM200915MC2, with its address at Toltecas 133 Ote., Las Bugambilias, C.P. 37270, León, Guanajuato, Mexico, is responsible for processing your data. For questions about your data, write to info@spx.mx.
2. Data we receive
The site has no form that sends us information: the project summary is prepared in your browser. We receive data only when you choose to send it by WhatsApp or email: your name, your city and your project goal, together with the number or address you write from.
We do not request sensitive personal data or banking information. Share only what is needed to review your project.
3. How we use the information
- Receive and record your request.
- Contact you and understand what you need.
- Prepare a technical and commercial proposal and follow up on the conversation.
- Respond to requests about your data.
Writing to us does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize advertising campaigns.
4. Transfers
We do not transfer your data to third parties, except to companies in our own group when needed to handle your request. Any disclosure required by an authority or needed to meet a legal obligation is handled under applicable law.
5. Optional analytics
SPX uses optional Google Analytics on spx.mx and www.spx.mx to understand visits and improve this site. The tag loads only after you accept. You can browse, explore services and contact SPX without accepting.
If you accept, Analytics uses cookies and technical browser and device information to measure page visits and interactions, including use of the WhatsApp and email links. Page addresses sent by our integration exclude query parameters and URL fragments. See also Google’s privacy policy.
Your choice is saved locally in this browser for up to 180 days. Open Cookie preferences to change or revoke it. Rejection stops new analytics events and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete information already sent.
6. Access, rectification, cancellation and objection
You can exercise your ARCO rights by writing to info@spx.mx, with the subject “Datos personales”. Include your name, a way to reply to you, the right you wish to exercise and information that lets us locate your request. To rectify data, describe the correction and its basis.
We will tell you how to verify your identity or, where applicable, your authority to act for the data subject. We communicate our decision within twenty business days; if it is granted, it takes effect within the following fifteen business days, subject to the justified extensions the law allows.
7. Limiting use or revoking consent
You can ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your data, stop following up on a request, or revoke your consent through the same email and procedure. Revocation is not retroactive and may be limited by legal obligations or a contractual relationship.
8. Retention and changes to this notice
Data is kept while it is needed to handle your request and the obligations that arise from it. When it is to be deleted, the applicable legal blocking or retention periods apply.
Changes to this notice are published on this page with their update date. For questions, write to info@spx.mx.
